Intelligent Tagging System

Simple to Create

Tags are simply coloured name labels that businesses can create to organize all things in Hopoti, like “Group Lessons” and “Private Lessons”, or “Weekly Customer” and “VIP Customer”.

Tags can be added to Clients, Cards, Events, Services, Pages and many more to add intelligent logic. They are not visible to the customer – for them, things magically work as they expect.

Smart to Use

Use cases for Tags are endless. Restrict which tags are required to book specific lessons or purchase certain cards. Make sure that by cancelling the group lesson, the received card is suitable only for group lessons.

Block arena bookings from non-members, or discounted cards from non-tagged clients. You can even hide selected Pages or Events from the public using Tags.
