Unlimited usage, no monthly fees, and no hidden surprises. Just one fair use rule here – at least 80% of the payments need to go through Hopoti.

With Hopoti, you don’t need to think about pricing tiers, monthly or yearly billings, or worrying that we charge your customers for bookings. We offer all our features and support with an all-inclusive payment fee.

To keep things fair, our Terms define that 80% of the booking traffic needs to be paid through Hopoti. The level is checked monthly – meaning that, on average, up to every fifth of your bookings could be paid with cash or other payment methods outside Hopoti.

This rule ensures your business and customers have enough room for special occasions and infrequent cash payments.

Weekly Payouts to your bank

Every Monday’s payout includes all payments, excluding our fees from two (AU) or four (NZ) business days prior. If you prefer faster cash flow, we also offer Daily Payouts.

Easy Online Payments

Our standard fee covers all major debit and credit card payments, both domestic and international, through Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe.

Competitive Pricing

To simplify things, we charge a fixed 3.5% standard fee* that combines Hopoti and payment costs. For example, with an A$50 payment, the standard costs from our payment partner Stripe are over 65% of the fee:

We also don’t charge you anything extra like Stripe usually would for international cards (+1.75% with Stripe).

Standard Fee: 3.5% per payment, incl. standard Hopoti and payment costs.
Minimum Fee: A$1.00 / NZ$1.00 per payment.
AMEX Cards: +1% extra fee; all card brands are enabled by default.
Bank Payouts: weekly payouts included; daily payouts +0.3% extra fee.
Payment Refunds: included; note that our fees are not returned to you.
Dispute Handling Fee: A$30.00 / NZ$30.00 per chargeback.
