Clinician and Independent Software FAQ

I teach at several stables. Can Hopoti handle that?

Yes. You set where you are teaching and when, and clients only see the slots that are available under your name.

I am a sole trader, not a riding school. Is this too much system?

You use the parts you need. Most independent instructors start with online booking and payments and leave the rest alone, then turn on more as it becomes useful.

Can I take payment before I travel to a lesson?

Yes, and it is where most of the benefit comes from. When the lesson is paid for at the point of booking, a late cancellation stops costing you both the slot and the fuel.

What about clinics where riders come from several stables?

A clinic is set up like any other bookable activity, with its own places, level and price. Riders book and pay for themselves regardless of where they normally ride.

Do my clients need to be technical?

They book from their phone in a few taps. We also help prepare Rider Welcome pages to get them up to speed on your behalf.

How long does setup take?

Registering takes about five minutes. We make sure you have an excellent onboarding to get your lessons and clients in our system in a matter of days rather than weeks.
