We run lessons, camps and boarding. Do we need separate systems?

No. Hopoti handles a mixed program in one calendar (weekly lessons, holiday camps, visiting clinics, trail rides, arena rental and boarding) all sit together, with the same riders and the same payment setup.

Our riders are not very technical. Will they cope?

Riders book from their phone in a few taps, and most stables find that uptake is quick once the first term is booked through the system. We also help prepare Rider Welcome pages to get them up to speed on your behalf.

How can I manage rider levels sensitively?

Set levels for group lessons, privates, courses and terms. Riders only see what they’re eligible to book without seeing your setting, avoiding awkward conversations and unsuitable requests.

How does horse assignment work?

You set each horse’s suitability and each rider’s level, and Hopoti keeps the two matched. It also tracks how many sessions each horse has done, so workload stays visible and even across the barn.

Do we have to take payment online?

You do not have to as we offer alternative payment methods, but it is where most of the benefit comes from. Stables taking prepaid bookings see no-shows fall and cash flow steady, because the lesson is paid for before anyone arrives.

How long does setup take?

Registering takes about five minutes. We make sure you have an excellent onboarding to get your lessons, horses and riders in our system in a matter of days rather than weeks.
